Google definitely has made a name for itself as the frontrunner in web searching, but they didn’t stop there. The bright minds at Google have been turning out more fantastic tools to help you tackle the ever-growing mass of information on the net. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll take a look at Google Reader, iGoogle, Google Books, and Google Scholar. Time permitting, we might check out a couple more, too! If you don’t have a Google account already (e.g. Blogger, Picasa, or Gmail), you might want to set one up before the workshop – you’ll definitely use it!
